Established in 1991
Family owned and operated, local Auto Body Repair Facility celebrating 29 years of service to the Treasure Coast. George Leblanc Sr. started his business with his wife, Charlene and father in law Russ Weaver, along with his daughter, Ellie Howard and two sons, George Jr and Russell Leblanc. This was George’s dream, growing up in the auto business and managing a repair facility in Michigan; it made sense that he would, someday, own his own business. George and his family moved to Stuart in 1988 and in 1991, George opened Certified Collision Experts knowing that it would take long hours, hard work and a lot of dedication to keep a business going, as well as a great set of employees. George’s goals were always simple and straight forward. He wanted to have an honest company, fair to each and every customer with excellent customer service. In 1996, Certified Collision gained even more family employees, when George was joined by his daughter Danielle. And later gained a son in law, Tyler.
Throughout the years things changed, as expected. Stuart changed. And of course, the industry has changed which also means, the vehicles have changed. George has kept his staff well trained through yearly I-CAR classes. His facility is stocked with all state of the art equipment, to insure that every vehicle is repaired to the highest standards.
Family is important to Certified Collision Experts so we treat each of our employees like family, right along with our customers. We understand that our next customer might be putting their son, daughter or grandchild into the car that we just repaired, we want our customers to have the confidence to do so without hesitation.
Certified Collision Experts gives back to the community any chance we can; we donate to local school programs from adopt a class, cheerleading sponsors, to tee ball, football and chorus. We participate in Food for families and so much more.

The Car-Tronics measuring system we use ensures that the vehicle is back to factory specifications every time. The paint system we use is top of the line. We are proud to say we are doing our share to help protect the environment using Hi- Tec (waterbourne) paint offered by Spies Hecker. This is the latest technology offered to collision facilities. It not only reduces the (VOC’s) emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds that enter the air with the older paint systems, it also allows our refinishing technicians enhanced ability to match a vehicle’s original finish. We work with all insurance companies and always provide estimates, free of charge. We can guide you with your insurance claim from start to finish. Our technicians have up to date training and are i-Car certified, as well as having an EPA training course for proper set up and maintenance of our spray equipment. Cameras monitor all areas at our location 24 hours a day, as well as onsite security at all times.
